No milk alternatives on offer, no consideration for people with intolerances.
A very nice building and admission is free. Architecturally, it was a real challenge. In Corona time you have to move in a one-way street. Fortunately, there are enough elevators here, why the inclined levels are not completely accessible can only be answered by the architect.
Unfriendly and slow operation.
Ok
Yes, they cheeted us by charding the double price as well! Their service is really ugly! Let us report them together! They have to pay the money back!
The staff of the cafeteria cheated us there! They sold us the coffee cream (about 2.70 euros) for the price of pot coffee (3.90 euros). They also took twice the price for the tea. When I noticed it and asked to repay the difference, they began to insult me. Me and my colleague will file a lawsuit against this cafeteria with the prosecution for the fraud and tax evasion! If the same thing happened to someone else, we can do it together.
Unfriendly service, dirty plates and completely overpriced
What should we say - family reunion in Bonn. We had to wait a little for the coffee, the (frozen) cake they forgot right away and 5 minutes after we had everything on the table and were engaged in a nice conversation, the security guard came and asked us not just friendly to immediately go. How we had to put it together - the café wanted to close at 6 pm. Customer service is something else. Pity!
Come to the House of History 3 to 4 times a year and visit the cafe every time. Unfortunately, the warm kitchen does not convince. Price performance ratio is not right. Make big money with cheaply purchased goods. The cake buffet and the good coffee are convincing. To mention positive the very nice service.
Fast service and good espresso.
Visually a nice café that would invite you to a refreshment after a museum visit. It is located on the 1st floor on the gallery of the HDG. The prices are high, which we would not necessarily reject because of the free admission to the museum. But although the café was little visited during our visit to the HDG, the staff unfortunately ignored us diligently. After 20 minutes, in which we had tried in vain for attention, we got up and left. There are plenty of customer-friendly alternatives in Bonn.
Excellent
Overflowing uncomfortable
The house should be visited times is worth it. Only the staff is too attentive I get the feeling of being totally watched, I just want to look at the various exhibitions, but I still can not get rid of this feeling so unfortunately I stay away ?? It is not in peace to look at anything no matter how I look or dressed Sorry is not good !!
Quite expensive, but the food was convincing.
Rude staff
Nice service, drinks and food overpriced, cakes, convenience pies, cakes from the TK, coffee was o.k ..., no, once, and never again ...
Overpriced and outrageous service
The service was constantly passing us without paying any attention to us. There was no indication from her that she would come to us immediately. It took a very long time until we could order something after two requests. The food came at some point lukewarm. It has probably stood on the counter for a long time. The food was good. Therefore two stars.
